Left instructions for car to be taken to mechanic shop for a/c work when body work was done. Car went into body shop on 9/5. Body shop called to say the were done on Friday 9/27, and stated they saw note to take car to mechanic shop. Asked for status updates 4 or 5 times across the following Monday and Tuesday with no response until Wednesday, when mech shop said they hadn't received the car from the body shop. Once mechanic shop took control, all seemed to go much smoother. Only took 1 day to get mechanic work done, so I should've had my car back monday, not Thursday. Between the body work, which was covered by insurance, and mechanic work, I steered around $12000 to Koons. I expected better.

From the phone call I made to question about the vehicle. The communication from Antonio, and the detailed information he gave back to me was EXCELLENT on all aspects from the bill of sale, to how to operate the vehicle. Never was there any pressure applied by the dealership. Antonio was waiting for us at the front door. And he had the truck gassed up with a full tank of gas. Now that is first rate service
Well, Jessie B. is great, but I would like for all my service visits/repairs be accessible to me. I've asked service advisors twice for a print out and they have trouble printing it. Can your dealership please put it on GMC.com. I just got an email from Joyce Koons about it, but when I logged on, it had none of my info on the account. That would be really nice, I mean I keep all my paperwork, but having it electronically would be awesome.
