Matthew and the service team are GREAT! What I really dislike is the three emails and one call I received ON MEMORIAL DAY! I bought my truck at Koons GMC and I service it there but your overly aggressive contact for this survey EVERY TIME I COME IN FOR SERVICE IS TOO MUCH. IF YOU CONTINUE TO HOUND ME FOR THESE SURVEYS THEN I WILL NEED TO CHANGE MY ATTITUDE ON RECOMMENDING JOYCE KOONS TO ANYONE- ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. AT LEAST YOU COULD HAVE PROPERLY OBSERVED THE SOMBER SPIRIT OF THIS PAST HOLIDAY. And by the way- PLEASE DO PUBLISH MY RESPONSE.
