We were experiencing an issue since taking delivery of our vehicle earlier this year. When we finally reached out to the Koon's Service Department, they setup an appointment, came and picked up our car from our house, and worked to diagnose and fix the issue. It was electronic/computer related issue which took a little bit to actually diagnose but they kept us informed the entire time, figured out the issue, and were able to solve it. This has been the best service I've received from a dealer service department to date.
