Very knowledgeable and attentive sales staff.

My service rep was terrible at returning calls to keep me in the loop on the status of the vehicle. They vehicle was there about 4 months and I had tried to check in every few weeks and was never called back from John. I walked in one day and Delanta was helpful and even after stopping in I had to email Delanta directly because John never calls back. It's pretty terrible a part was ordered and GM took over 3 months to get the part sent out and then your service advisor has zero interest in returning calls. Many messages were left with the person who answered the phone because he was never available and they said he'd call back and never did until vehicle was finished.

Great service experience!

Working with Tanav was great. He was courteous and professional during our truck buying experience. Only downside was I had to wait a while for the licensing process. I think this was partly due to a slow computer networking issue.
