Customer service was atrocious. Actual service was timely, but the man who checked me in was incredibly condescending and rude (stating they were very busy as if I was a burden even though I had an appointment, treated me as though I was stupid when I asked why I was signing a completely blank I-pad with zero explanation as to what I was signing for, said that customers don’t ask when the service is “free”). If I hadn’t already purchased the several thousand dollar service package, I would never return to this service center.

The service was excellent and done in a timely manner. I was greeted with a smile and taken care of right away. I encountered no problems and was very pleased with the professional treatment I received.

Due to a brake failure, the car needed towed to the dealership. They took extremely great care to look into the problem and make the required fix.

Service requested to change oil and filter, air filter, and perform routine 60K service checks. Additional alignment was proposed and approved/performed. Service time was reasonable, service staff (advisor and support staff) were all friendly, professional, and attentive. Waiting area and restrooms were clean, complimentary beverage area was clean and well stocked. All-around excellent experience. Service at Joyce Koons GMC, Manassas is highly recommended.
