Actual service was timely, but the man who checked me in was incredibly condescending and rude (stating they were very busy as if I was a burden even though I had an appointment, treated me as though I was stupid when I asked why I was signing a completely blank I-pad with zero explanation as to what I was signing for, said that customers don’t ask when the service is “free”).
