The entire experience was great. My salesperson Luis was amazing to work with no typical salesman games just extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Luis kept me well informed throughout the whole process as my truck was in transit and after delivery he continued to reach out to make sure everything was still going smoothly 10/10 experience.

Professional and explained everything so we could stand the work..

Took my 2015 Chevy 2500 in for brake issues (front brakes not releasing all the way) and for trailer brake warning light. To make a long story short got the estimate for the work and had it done. Got it home and front brakes are still dragging. Took it back and after about a week all is good. A while later trailer brake warning going off again, no trailer being towed. Took it back and after 2 weeks got it back. Knock on wood it's been doing good with that issue. The reason I'm giving 5 stars is Koons stood behind the initial work and there were no additional charges to correct the problems. I'd like to thank John Pennefather the service writer for being persistent and also the techs that I'm sure the electrical issue drove them nuts. That's why they get 5 stars. Thanks again

We have had very good service and plan to use the service department in the future. The dealership has excellent mechanics and communciates often and well.

I appreciate the reminders about scheduled maintenance and the coupons! Your service team is fantastic. Quick turn-around as promised. The concierge option makes Koons the perfect place to go, and it keeps my family safe. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership. Most people don’t think of a dealership for routine maintenance but Koons Manassas as an excellent place to start. Prices are fair. Service is done on time and pricing is very transparent. Give these pros a try.

We purchased a 2025 Buick Envision from Joyce Koons Buick GMC with the excellent help and knowledgeable guidance of Steve Hughes. We got a reasonable amount for our trade in car and were able to use our rewards from our GM credit card. Fernando of the financial office was very patient and clear in explaining the paperwork for the financing and what warranty packages were available. All-in-all, ours was an A+ experience!

First of all, I only trust my car with Koons, GMC. In particular, my Service Advisor, Riya Permasar is the absolute best! Not only is she knowledgeable about cars (she's impressive), she is also extremely personable and courteous. Koons has great customer service. The concierge service is pretty darn convenient. Totally great service!
