Senal was very patient with us, answered all of our questions, and he even went out of his way to find a car that would work with our budget. I came in for regular service and to have new tires put on my Impala. Bryant got me in on time and kept me informed all through the process. My car was due for a fuel induction service as well. This GMC has been the greatest experience I've ever had at a dealership and that's saying something. My job requires I travel across country so in 10 states and 15 cities Joyce Koons is the best.

First of all, I only trust my car with Koons, GMC. In particular, my Service Advisor, Riya Permasar is the absolute best! Not only is she knowledgeable about cars (she's impressive), she is also extremely personable and courteous. Koons has great customer service. The concierge service is pretty darn convenient. Totally great service!

Came in on a tuesday after back and for with Eric over text. All I can say is Bob and Eric did anything and everything to keep my business with them.
